I had the problem with my Lenovo laptop battery showing "plugged in, not charging". The battery showed 55% full but when unplugged, the laptop shut down. I tried several suggestions found on youtube but finally ordered a battery. Their website was fairly easy to traverse and I still managed to make a mistake on the model. LenovoBatt customer service was quick to reply with a question, and sent me a replacement battery just as quick.
