I received the replacement battery but repeated attempts to charge the battery have failed. I put my old battery back in the computer and it charged right up. It just doesn't hold the charge. I followed all instructions sent with the battery. I'm leaving on a trip for a few days in a short time and was hoping to have this backup battery. I am planning on contacting them Monday.
