For the battery alone, this is a great buy. I have been using the new battery for about a month and have noticed much better performance compared to the old battery. While it's nice that it provides additional tools to help with installation (in theory), none of these tools worked. Neither screwdriver head fits any of my screws. If you receive this replacement battery, please make sure you have your own tools first.

Very good battery and one third of the price of original batteries from laptop manufacturers. The kit even comes with 2 small screwdrivers which made installation much easier. I just checked on the internet how to install on a lenovo laptop and I did it quickly. Very well packed. Recommend a battery and the company that supplies it.

It worked fine at first, but now, since I installed the battery, it's been less than 5 months, it doesn't charge at all. Update: The seller sent me a replacement battery, so hopefully it will last longer.

I have no clue when it comes to IT issues, so please keep that in mind when reading this review. My old battery was dead and I didn't want to buy a new computer. This battery was fairly easy to install (with one caveat, which I'll mention later), and based on the first few weeks of use, it seems to be a significant improvement over my dying battery. The only problem I had when installing the battery was that I was able to insert the DVD/CD drive all the way in. I ended up taking the computer to Batteries and Bulbs and the guy there noticed that I had to remove the screw on the back of the computer, push the drive all the way in, and then put the screw back in. It worked like a charm!
