When I installed the new battery(which arrived before the estimated delivery date), nothing happened. I followed all the trouble shooting suggestions. I called customer service and had trouble understanding the first technician I talked to. I asked for a supervisor who listened to my whole explanation and immediately said he would send a replacement. Of course I had to return the first battery. The second battery came quickly, installed and has been working fine.

I purchased 2 Congto batteries and the main reason is, they offer the newest version for the LG V20. I'm confident they haven't been sitting in a warehouse for months. Perfect fit and great price.
