Bought a replacement battery for my daughter's Lenovo laptop. Site is informative and easy to navigate, their customer service is excellent and delivery took only four days that was fair enough in the pandemic. Their chosen carrier has a track and trace facility that doesn't really update the package's progress, but that's not LenovoBatt's fault.

The battery wouldn't charge at all. The red light keeps blinking when the charger is plugged in, and the battery stays at 0% charged.
The worst part is, the customer support dept still hasn't replied to my RMA request after one week!
Don't buy anything from this store. It's a scam.

Hope this email finds you well as we have yet to receive your further reply.
The error can be due to various reasons.
The first thing you should do is check to make sure it is seated properly in the charger. If so, remove it and inspect the contact points for dirt and debris.
If it looks like it needs cleaning, brush it lightly with a soft cloth and set the battery back on the charger.
Then check if you correctly and tightly installed the battery interface.
Then follow these instructions to try it one more time:

1.Power off the system.
2.Disconnect any external peripherals (flash drives, printers, external hard drives) from the computer.
3.Disconnect the AC Adapter and remove the battery from it.
4.Press and hold the power button for 20 to 30 seconds to release the residual charge from the laptop.
5.Reconnect the battery and the AC Adapter.
6.New battery pack is normally shipped in its partially charged condition.
Please cycle your battery pack by fully charge (more than 12 hours) and discharge it to 5%-10% for 3~5 times to reach its maximum rated capacity before use.
Turn off the computer when charging, and don't break off the electricity source or unplug adapter when charging.
