I cannot rate a recommendation on buying again as I have not yet received the product. I would not ever say that I would purchase from a company again without receiving and reviewing the product purchased. I cannot recommend this site at this time either because I have not deal with shipping times, packaging for security, quality of merchandise. These questions would be based on nothing more than a "pretty" website. I would ld evaluate based on that.

Had a problem with the laptop battery. A replacement was sent immediately with a pre-paid return address label for the battery that didn't work. I was able to drop the battery in the mail and didn't need to go the post office. New battery works perfectly.

Price is reasonable. Queries before purchase were answered almost immediately. Delivery is quite fast. Product works very well and is as described. The only problem I have is that it fits too tightly into my laptop making it very difficult to remove once inserted.
