Ordered battery 4 days ago .was given tracking number . I've have been checking the tracking and after 4 days tracking still only says label created waiting on package . Now when I placed order it said 3-5day shipping . Now maybe I can't do math but if the shipper is still waiting on the package to actually ship it 4days later I don't see how it will arrive on time or if it will be actually shipped . And yes I did reach out to Lenovo batt customer service through live chat and they said it's in transit but yet usps tracking still says they haven't received the package yet .so just want to let people know that their 3-5 day shipping don't mean shit . Probably will can the order since it hasn't shipped yet . Avoid the stress go to more reputable company

I was able to change the battery and get back my original battery life. The install difficulty was medium. The hardest part is doing undoing the clips that hold the laptop together without damaging any of them.

The manufactured battery started to swell and budge. I guess this is a known issue with this model of laptop. I was able to install without any issue. I followed the instructions for charging and discharging - after several months using this new battery I have not had any issues with overheating and the rpm of the fan.
