It appears this battery is a lot better than the replacement battery I purchased a year ago that was not a Dell. So far battery is lasting longer unplugged and charging like it should without any issues.

We bought this for my wife’s laptop. I put it in and the lights stopped blinking so we thought it was great. She finally went to use her computer and it keeps saying that the battery is dead. Of course by the time we found out the battery was dead it was too late to return it but after contacting the seller they were nice enough to send us a refund. Their customer customer service was fast to respond and very kind. Highly recommend this company.
