If I could give negative stars I would. They sent me 2 batteries, the connections were loose on both and would not get charged from the motherboard, I asked on THREE occasions for an RMA number to return them for a refund, since this was a customer's laptop and I had to purchase one locally to fix it. I got the same canned response Please send photos of the problem. Which I did the first time. I contacted them after sending the photos and got no response. I went to their website and sent them a message asking for the RMA number to return them again they asked for photos of the problem, which I sent again since they were still on my phone. AGAIN no response with an RMA number. I tried a third time and got the same response about sending a photo, and again no response after sending photos. I finally contacted Paypal to open a dispute, their response AGAIN was Please send photos, I did thru paypal, and still no response. I had to escalate the dispute and they offered a refund AFTER I paid to ship the defective batteries back to CHINA! These people are scammers and do not deserve your money as they will rip you off if there is a problem. They will delay and delay and delay until you get tired of trying. Save your money and ONLY buy from someone else.

I cannot say much about the battery life as I have been working on that computer and I have it plugged into power. The total cost was around $60 and that is nice compared to the $200 or more that replacement used to be.

This does not seem to hold a charge very long. I expected to be able to use my laptop most of the day without having to plug it in but it only lasts 2-3 hours maybe.

Both batteries indicated they were in stock, my laptop required 2, I got an email saying my order had shipped, it indicated both batteries on the email so I had expected them to both come at the same time. Received the one battery found out the second battery was being shipped from over seas. Very misleading on the website, when I did finally get the 2nd battery, I installed it, it was originally detected as not compatible with my laptop, after reaching out to support was hassled to go through troubleshooting steps for a DOA product. Nothing about this experience makes me want to ever do business with this company again.
