Bought 2 batteries from them that didn't work. Had to then send 9 emails showing pictures of the batteries and the charger i was using. Sent batteries back as instructed. Now they are saying they havent recieved them. Ive sent them all the shipping details etc. I have now recieved a full refund but will not be using this company again.

I received it last Friday so I will have to see how the longevity is but so far so good. Extremely easy to install. I had had my original battery for 6 years and since we were expecting an outage of electricity I new I had to get a new one quickly as I had to keep the laptop plugged in the whole time. The outage was cancelled so the real test is when we have one but so far so good.

I ordered the battery April 1st, three weeks have passed and I haven't received a confirmation email or any communication from you at all. I realize that the virus situation makes things more challenging but if you can't do business at all then you shouldn't take orders and money. If I don't hear from you in the next day then I will file a complaint with PayPal and get my money returned.
