Very great service and price. I wasn't sure if they had the correct battery to fit my Thinkpad 13s IWL but they confirmed after I had sent photos. The battery arrived fine from overseas and has been working great ever since being installed. Its great to use the laptop without a cord again, the OEM battery went bad after 1.5 years and would only hold a charge for a few minutes. I hope this one will last much longer and if not, I will definitely return here to buy another.
