Proper service. Battery came in really good time. Less than a week if I remember correctly. It was the one I ordered and works perfectly well. I am not keeping the charger plugged in for too long this time as I learned that's what made me need a new battery. The price is reasonable too so yes I recommend lenovobatt for lenovo battery like what I bought.
